What happens to my personal information when I visit the site?

When you visit the VICS site, we track your visit using a randomly generated number. At no time during your visit is your personal information stored on the browser. Some basic information is collected from your visit to assist us in understanding how many visitors have been to the site and basic information such as where those visitors are from, what pages they are visiting and what browser they are using. We do not store any personal information or email addresses unless you register to become part of our Discussion Forum.

What happens to my personal information if I register for the Discussion Forum?

When you register for the VICS Discussion Forum, we retain your personal information in a secure location to enable us to notify you of updates to the forum and to forward responses to you. At no time will your personal information be supplied to any third party. Should any other discussion board member wish to contact you, we will request that they post the request to you via the forum. We will not supply your personal details to any third party under any circumstances.
