The Reverend Professor Victor Yu is a neonatal paediatrician who, together with Dr. Bill Kitchen, established a two-hospital collaboration (MMC and RWH) for long-term follow-up of VLBW infants in 1977, which was extended to become the population-based statewide long- term follow-up program in 1979 (later given the name "VICS"). |

specialist in Health Psychology and in Educational and Developmental
Psychology. She works in the Growth and Development follow-up programme
